At Follesa, we believe it's important for you to properly evaluate your purchase. That's why we have a return policy of 30 days after receiving your order.

🇧🇪 Belgium
🇪🇺 All other countries within the European Union

Netherlands & Belgium: returns are free
Other EU countries: return shipping costs are at your own expense

📦 Testing Emergency Radios

You may test an emergency radio briefly, just as you would in a physical store:

✔ Turn on
✔ Check signal reception
✔ Briefly charge

Requirements:

No signs of use or damage
Complete (includes accessories)
In original packaging

Intensive use, prolonged charging, or visible signs of use may affect your return eligibility.

🎒 Emergency Kits

Emergency kits can only be returned if:

✔ Complete and unopened
✔ No parts have been used or unpacked

❗ Opened or used emergency kits cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

❗ Returns without prior registration will not be accepted.

⚠️ Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

Inspect your order upon delivery.

The emergency radio does not work properly
The emergency kit is incomplete or damaged
You received the wrong item

🇪🇺 Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)

All EU countries are entitled to a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Requirements:

The product may only be tested as you would in a store
For other EU countries (outside NL/BE), return shipping costs are at your own expense

💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified when your return has been approved
Once approved, the amount will be within 10 business days refunded to your original payment method
